I brought both my BMW’s in to AAMCO and they did a great job servicing and fixing my car right away. Jay was very helpful and explained the entire process from start to finish. This is now my permanent car shop for all of my car issues with any of my cars.
I had a great experience at AAMCO, especially thanks to Jay! He was extremely helpful, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me. I really appreciated how patient and honest he was throughout the process. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping their customers, and Jay definitely went above and beyond. I brought my car in with the fear of having a full transmission problem. For starters, they weren’t kidding when they say free diagnostics. Turns out I needed new axles and the job was done within 2.5 hours. The problem was explained to me in detail and was even shown to me. Not to mention I had come in with my 3 kids and since the fixing of my vehicle would take a bit, the manager Jay had let me borrow his personal stroller for me to be able to take a walk with my kids. 100% recommended coming here. Will always speak highly of this place and if I ever (hopefully not) needed work done on my car again, I know where to go.
