Very helpful
My Chevy truck broke down on vacation, bought it to Aamco in Manchester CT and they looked at it and said he could not work on it today so he called E Hartford Aamco and set everything up to take it there! They have been Wonderful, diagnosed and repaired my issues and had me on my way in no time! I wish every business was run this way! Thanks everybody! Don
Amazing team.. Could not ask for any other team to work on my cars… Thanks Cyn
This AAMCO shop is so friendly and caring! I accompanied my friend to get her Altima fixed it had a minor leak JUST RIGHT AFTER getting a new transmission from this same shop and they were so helpful she was so calm and the people helping her were so nice and helpful, DJ and Bri were so lovely, especially DJ helping her and explaining to her and even about things we didn’t fully understand about her car and how to prevent certain things happening and their time management was so good they were pretty quick diagnosing the issue & getting her out of the shop, they are the people to work with and look out for when your in need of a car help or repair. (Also Roxie was so fun to play during the wait of the repair!)
This AAMCO shop is already such a lovely shop to walk into with all the people that work here, meeting Bri, and DJ have been the most pleasant experience ever to have being a student in college buying her first car at a used dealership and experiencing many major issues. With my first big issue being my transmisión DJ was at the phone at every second & every hour and had gone above and beyond to help me with every question and comment i had about my car and helping me to make sure i have an amazing driving experience and i won’t have to keep having a car in and out of the shop and she was so helpful and caring, DJ is the kind of person who honestly really cares when it comes to a client, to me she was so kind and helpful with honestly every single thing i had to deal with when it came to my car and financing became so easy with her helping me out and with the plans AAMCO has for you it makes it so easy. Honestly DJ is the best person you can meet & speak to and i feel so happy to have met someone I can trust with my vehicle & meet someone who is as sweet as she is. This place will make sure your taken care of in every way possible. Best shop out here.
